   Eating carrots can improve your vision because they have beta-carotene converted to vitamin A, mostly in the intestine. Vitamin A is known for maintaining a clear cornea and allows you to see in low light conditions.
   
   
7. Crossing Your Eyes Too Long
   Crossing your eyes so long that they get stuck that way has no scientific evidence. Cross eyes (strabismus) may appear due to premature births, people with diabetes, head or eye injuries, or thyroid diseases. 
   
   
8. It's Ok To Look Directly At The Sun
   It's not safe to look at the sun directly, especially during solar eclipses, as it emits harmful ultraviolet rays that can damage your cornea, lens, and retina. It is recommended to wear UV eye protection sunglasses.
   
   
9. Color Blindness Means Black And White Vision
   It's not true that color blindness won't let you see any colors. Colorblind people get only to see partial color, such as red-green color blindness, where they may have difficulty distinguishing different shades of red, green, and yellow. 
   
   
10. All Babies Are Born With Blue Eyes
    Newborn babies may have blue eyes as their melanin is still developing. At 12 months, melanin, responsible for dark pigmentation, will start to build in the iris.
